The group photo of panda cubs is released! The national treasure family has 'new arrivals'

In 2023, the Qinling Giant Panda Breeding Program achieved another milestone. The Shaanxi Rare Wildlife Rescue Base successfully bred 7 cubs from 4 litters, consisting of 5 males and 2 females.

On August 9th, the panda named 'Zhengzheng' gave birth to male twins, while the panda 'An'an' (formerly known as 'Xiaoxin') delivered a pair of fraternal twins. The birth of four panda cubs on the same day set a historical record for the Qinling Giant Panda Breeding Program. On August 14th, the panda 'Yaya' gave birth to a male cub. Then, on September 6th, another good news arrived as 'Mingming' delivered another pair of fraternal twins.

The second cub of the giant panda 'Mingming' was born weighing less than 60 grams, currently, the lightest cub ever born at the Qinling Giant Panda Research Center.

The Qinling Giant Panda Research Center (Shaanxi Rare Wildlife Rescue Base), as one of the top three giant panda breeding and research centers, has established a relatively comprehensive system of artificial feeding and breeding technologies. The captive giant panda population has steadily increased and currently stands at 49 individuals.
