Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Estimated transit time:6 - 30 business days.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email. If you are a registered user, simply log in to your account. Guest users must enter their order number and billing zip code.

Do oversized items take longer to ship?

Please note that some oversizd items take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Made-to-order items may take additional time.
